3D Simulation of Aerosol Deposition: Collaborative Research with it4e at FILTECH 2026
Fantastic to see the upcoming research presentation at the FILTECH Exhibition in Cologne next week. The team at Lanaco is incredibly proud of our collaborative work with IT for Engineering (it4e) GmbH.
The presentation is by Kilian Schmidt from it4e and features our joint paper on the 3D simulation of aerosol deposition within composite nonwovens of electrostatically charged wool and polypropylene fibres. This level of microscopic modelling provides excellent insights into the structural performance of advanced filtration media such as EcoStatic®.
